Vores tastingmenu er nøje sammensat for at fremhæve essensen af lokale råvarer og vores kulinariske vision.
Da retterne er tæt forbundet, har vi desværre ikke mulighed for at tilpasse menuen til alle former for allergier, kostrestriktioner eller præferencer.
Vi drøfter dog gerne almindelige allergier (som skaldyr, gluten eller nødder) på forhånd og vil gøre vores bedste for at imødekomme disse, hvor det er muligt.
Hvis du har alvorlige eller flere allergier, beder vi dig kontakte os inden booking, så vi kan vurdere, om det er forsvarligt at spise hos os.

Our tasting menu is carefully curated to express the essence of our local produce and culinary vision.
As each course is closely connected to the next, we regret that we are unable to adjust the menu to accommodate all dietary restrictions, allergies, or preferences.
We are, however, happy to discuss common allergies (such as shellfish, gluten, or nuts) in advance and will do our best to accommodate where possible.
If you have severe or multiple allergies, please contact us before booking so we can advise whether dining with us is suitable.
