Kraut og Koala started out as a food wagon at the harbour in Ærøskøbing during the summer of 2022.

About Us

We moved inside the old Havnekiosk in Ærøskøbing in 2023, where we serve a tasting menu made from locally sourced ingredients.

It all started with one cow.
