Kraut og Koala started out as a food wagon at the harbour in Ærøskøbing during the summer of 2022.

And after a fantastic first summer, we moved inside the old Havnekiosk in Ærøskøbing, where we continue to serve you food with our Berlin-Australian references on Ærø all year round.

It all started with one cow.
A few kilos of locally grown and milled flour.

From that cow, and those bags of flour, we produced a summer’s worth of meat pies.
